For 2028, there will be 13 full moons. There will be a blue moon at the end of the year in December. We’ll be closing out 2028 with a full moon AND a total full moon lunar eclipse. There will also be full moon partial lunar eclipse in January and July. Mark your calendars accordingly!

The dates and times are provided by NASA in Eastern Standard Time (EST) with Daylight Saving Time (DST) for part of the year. Also below is the Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) time. This was previously referred to at Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
